Our Team
Tony - President, Paige - Vice President
Tony began his career in 2005 working on an asphalt crew and later gained extensive experience at Belfor Property Restoration, where he became a general manager overseeing offices in Texas. After nearly a decade, he founded Arise Construction in 2019, providing comprehensive services in concrete, site work, commercial projects, and real estate development. Tony's wife, Paige, serves as the company's Vice President, supporting the business alongside him.
Faith - Business Manager
Faith, a Waco native now in Austin, brings diverse experience in retail, banking, music, and property restoration to Arise Construction. As our Business Manager, she ensures smooth operations with precision and dedication. Outside of work, Faith enjoys live music, Broadway shows, and cheering on her favorite college football teams with her husband and daughters.
Justin - Senior Estimator Project Manager
Justin, a Waco native and Baylor graduate, has over 19 years in commercial construction and general contracting. He enjoys assembling strong teams, visualizing finished projects, and delivering quality results. Outside work, he spends time with his wife Tracy, their sons Cooper and Levi, and loves fishing, often saying, “There’s a fish biting somewhere.”
Jake - Estimator/Project Manager
Jake brings a diverse background in construction management, operations, and real estate to his role as Estimator and Project Coordinator, with experience spanning general contracting, project coordination, and portfolio management across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from East Texas Baptist University. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and snowboarding.
Anthony - Estimator/Project Manager
Anthony has proudly called Waco home for the past 18 years. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, he brings a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and completing projects on time. As a devoted husband and father of four, he's grateful to raise his family in this vibrant community. He is also actively involved in local events and outreach, striving to make a positive impact in the place we call home.
Connor - Project Superintendent
Connor has experience working in residential, multifamily, and now commercial construction, where he enjoys learning, growing, and taking on new challenges. He is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering high quality projects. Outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and getting to the outdoors any chance he can.
Soul - Project Superintendent
Soul is a Project Superintendent, bringing hands-on experience in oil and gas, residential, and commercial construction, along with an Associate's degree in Construction Management. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and the outdoors, and is active in the Corpus Christi community, volunteering at the local food bank and homeless outreach events. He is also a soon-to-be dad, expecting his first child this fall.
Armando - Project Superintendent/Crew Leader
Armando brings a hands-on passion for construction, with experience in residential contracting, concrete, and welding. He takes pride in his hard work and is committed to continually growing in the industry. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his girlfriend, golfing, fishing, staying active, and serving through his faith — striving every day to lead with integrity and give 100% in everything he does.
Hannah - Office Manager/Project Coordinator
Hannah keeps Arise Construction running smoothly, overseeing office operations and coordinating projects to ensure every job stays on track. A Waco native, she's passionate about supporting local business growth. Outside of work, Hannah balances her role with her growing family as a devoted wife and new mom.
This journey ultimately laid the groundwork for the creation of Arise Construction in 2019.

How It All Started
In the summer of 2005, Tony Marino found himself working on an asphalt crew on I-35, a humble beginning that would ignite a passion for construction. With every new project, Tony’s desire to learn and grow deepened, leading him into various service industries. In 2011, he was onboarded with Belfor Property Restoration, the world’s largest restoration company. He spent nearly a decade at Belfor, rising through the ranks and eventually becoming the general manager of two Texas offices.
During this time, he worked alongside subcontractors, engineers, adjusters, and other key stakeholders, gaining invaluable experience in disaster restoration and reconstruction.
Tony’s time at Belfor wasn’t just about mastering skills; it was about learning to manage high-pressure situations, solve complex problems, and understand the needs of those he served. Whether it was fire mitigation, mold remediation, or large-scale reconstruction, Tony tackled each challenge with a sense of responsibility and dedication to quality.
