ARISE Construction completed the buildout of a new space on the 4th floor of Baylor University’s Cashion Hall, part of the university’s academic complex. The project included demolition and removal of existing materials, as well as final cleaning to prepare the area for use. We applied drywall to both the front and back walls of the room, preserving existing drywall where appropriate. The walls were finished with a Level 4 texture and paint to ensure a smooth, high-quality surface. Additionally, we installed new drop-ceiling panels positioned just above the panel access near the entry door, enhancing the room’s functionality while maintaining accessibility for maintenance. This buildout supports Baylor’s commitment to creating modern, efficient academic spaces for faculty and students.
