(Complete) Science Building 1st Floor Labs F107 & F108 Renovation 

ARISE Construction completed renovation work in Baylor University’s Lab Rooms F107 and F108. The project involved selective demolition and relocation of existing cabinetry, drywall and trim repairs, and preparation for installation of specialty sinks. New countertops were coordinated and carefully handled due to long lead times and material complexity. Additional scope included cutting door openings and installing new doors with precise scheduling to minimize disruption to ongoing lab operations. Painting and touch-up work were performed with attention to sequencing alongside mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Coordination with multiple vendors and Baylor’s project team ensured smooth progress and adherence to operational requirements.
