New Road Crossing
Location Waco, TX | Project Type Strip Mall Construction
The “New Road Crossing” project involved a full exterior and interior renovation to modernize the property and prepare it for new tenants. Work included installing new awnings, metal siding, and stucco to refresh the facade, as well as demolishing the interior of an old restaurant to create a ready-to-build space for incoming tenants.
The project team also re-sealed the asphalt parking lot, enhancing safety and extending its lifespan. This project was a much-needed “facelift” to the New Road, Valley Mills and Waco Dr intersections.
